Common Sense I
Borrowing a concept from Thomas Paine, Ron's short pamphlet advocates a sensible approach to financial services regulation.  Originally distributed to leaders of various industry organizations in August 2007, this pamphlet has since been distributed by various organizations to state securities regulators, various SEC officials, Congressional committee staff,  and others.  "Common Sense" has also been republished or linked to by other web sites.
